1. Shipping Options

Canada:

  • Standard Shipping: $12 CAD (orders under $250)
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $250 CAD
  • PO Boxes: Only available if confirmed as billing/PayPal address

United States:

  • Standard Shipping: $40 CAD (orders under $750)
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $750 CAD*
    *Additional charges may apply for oversized items

International:

  • Flat rate: $100 CAD
  • EMS insured service only (some destinations excluded)

2. Processing & Delivery

  • Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days
  • Signature required for delivery (except multifamily dwellings)
  • No international forwarding companies

3. Customs & Duties

  • US/International customers responsible for all import fees
  • Orders declared at full value (cannot be marked as gifts)
  • Customs delays are beyond our control

4. Important Notes

  • Inventory is sourced from Canadian stores (may require consolidation)
  • Oversized/large volume orders may incur extra fees (notified pre-payment)
  • Perfumes containing alcohol cannot be shipped internationally
