Returns & Pricing Policy

1. Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Products must be unworn, undamaged, with original tags and packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number) required

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Clearance/sale items discounted 25% or more (final sale)
  • Perfumes containing alcohol (shipping restrictions apply)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as “Outlet” or with shop wear

Process:

  1. Initiate returns via the Returns Portal
  2. Ship items with tracking (return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility)
  3. Refunds processed within 7–10 business days after inspection

Exceptions:

  • Faulty/damaged items: Contact us within 48 hours for replacement or refund (return shipping covered by us)

2. Pricing Adjustments

  • Price adjustments are not offered for:
    • Items purchased during promotions (e.g., “Extra 20% Off Sale”)
    • Clearance/outlet products
    • Gift cards

3. International Returns

  • Customers outside Canada:
    • Responsible for return shipping and customs fees
    • Declare as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
    • Original shipping costs non-refundable

4. In-Store Purchases

  • Returns accepted for store credit or exchange only (no refunds)
  • Excludes final sale items (as above)
